Frequently Asked Questions

How long does delivery take to Nigeria, Kenya and Ghana?

Standard delivery is 3–7 working days to Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, Port Harcourt, Nairobi, Mombasa, Accra and Kumasi. Nigerian and Kenyan orders ship from our Lagos and Nairobi warehouses; Ghanaian orders ship from our Lagos warehouse. Other cities take 5–10 working days, and express (1–2 working days) is available at checkout. You get a tracking link by SMS or WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.

Do I need an electrician to install it?

No. The light and solar panel come pre-wired with a 5m cable. Just mount, connect, and switch on — no grid power, no electrician needed.

Will it work during harmattan season or rainy season?

Yes. The IP67 rating protects against heavy tropical rain and harmattan dust. The high-efficiency solar panel charges even on overcast days, just takes a bit longer. A fully charged battery lasts 2–3 nights of typical use.

Is 100W bright enough for a 20m² compound?

Yes. 100W produces ≈1800 lumens, enough to comfortably light up 20m² — roughly a small car garage or single room. For larger areas, choose the next size up.

Which payment methods work?

Pay online at checkout. You can pay with M-Pesa (Kenya), Paystack or Flutterwave (Nigeria, Kenya and Ghana), PayPal, or Visa and Mastercard. Paystack and Flutterwave also accept bank transfer and USSD, and Mobile Money is the usual way to pay in Ghana. We do not offer cash on delivery on any route — every order is paid for online before it ships.

What about returns and warranty?

24-month manufacturer warranty covers any defects. If your light fails within 7 days of delivery, we'll send a free replacement. After 7 days, return to our Lagos or Nairobi service center for repair or replacement.
